Hey beautiful people. So Fast Five Friday is a weekly meme I will be hosting every Friday. Where just a handful of recommendations based on a certain subgenre or theme will be shared. These are just quick and my top recs for whatever topic we are doing. And this is a great way to share some quick recommendations to kick off the weekend. Feel free to comment and let me know your recommendations and what you think of the books I am recommending.
So today I wanted to share some recommendations of some solid New Adult romance. This list may not be my top favorites, but books that I think every romance reader should be reading.
Priceless by Linda Kage If you have been around for a while, then you know how much I love Linda Kage. She writes the BEST NA in my opinion. Its great banter, heartwarming moments and the drama that is in there makes sense and she tackles tough issues.
Good Boy by Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy I can’t explain how much I love this author duo together for their NA books. And honestly read anything they write together. But this one just hit different for me. And it really tackled the college aspect so well.
All Lined Up by Cora Carmack- I know its been a while since this author has written anything, but if you haven’t read her books and love great New Adult, you definitely need to. I truly love how much “heart” is in her books. And I found it so relatable.
The Guy in the Middle by Kate Stewart I absolutely had a blast with this book. It was so different than I expected but it was superb. The emotional intricacy was *chefs kiss* type of good and well layered.
Inseverable by Cecy Robson This was basically the perfect beach summertime read. Its grumpy sunshine with some great friendships implemented. Also the audio is superb on this one has it has sound effects and things packed into it.
I used to read a lot of NA romance but these days I tend to steer clear. I’d rather read about characters well beyond the college/new adult years. There are a couple shown that I really loved, though. Both Top Secret and All Lined Up were so good!
You know, I actually have almost 300 NA books on my read shelf. I am such a Rusk U fan. I still hope Carmack will return to that series. Kate Stewart’s books were fun too. I would have to add the On Campus books and the Ivy Years. Both were series I loved.
I was recently considering that Cora Cormack for a reading challenge.
I loved Bowen/Kennedy’s book(s), Cora Carmack’s, and Stewart’s. I would agree those are solid NA recs.
