News

This week has been a good one, a bit slower week at work even though we had a state holiday “pioneers day”. I couldn’t do much obviously with everything going on. But was able to do a BBQ, smores and fireworks with the family and that was really fun. Its also a great reminder of what my own ancestors struggled and overcame, and that my trials in life compare ZERO lol But also seeing the strength and courage they had to do what was right no matter the cost.

As for reading I have been lucky with reading the books I had planned on except for one. Which I am currently reading now. I have really read some great reads and going to plan on doing more stuff outdoors this week. I am tired of being stuck inside all the time, so gonig to do some more hiking and trips up the canyon this week….plus I am sure the bears and deer get lonely. LOL But happy news I am doing a buddy read this week with Brianna from Always Books and a good friend I have built a friendship with over the years. I have FINALLY gotten her to read Outlaw Hearts by Rosanne Bittner (which features one of my top 3 favorite pairings I have ever read) so I am excited…already got her hooked on Christine Feehan so crossing fingers I will get her hooked on this author.
