Blogging News and Personal Bits
What a month it has been and I can’t believe how fast this month flew by, but then I feel like February always flies super fast. There were some good things that happened and some “meh” things. So first off with the blog. Things are progressing pretty good, I did get some good amount of UBB reviews transferred over from my old place and cleaning up the blog a bit more. I have also been making progress with my character guide for the Malory Anderson family. My goal is to have it finished by the end of March *crossing fingers* It has been time consuming of course, but I am having a blast reconnecting with one of my all time favorite families and man the humor, I feel like I am just laughing it up by immersing myself into these stories once again. And this month was also THE RELEASE of Devil in Spring—-this alone made my WHOLE MONTH!! Like seriously ladies and any gents out there, I truly had a blast with this book and Kleypas is such a pure talent. I swear, I didn’t know how she would make me fall in love all over again, but she did and of course I got to see my favorite couple again so that was a huge plus and with all their quirks and to see that their personalities haven’t changed and are still so solid—love that!! So to those who have NOT read this author or this book yet—-get on that because you are seriously missing out.Β I also have been keeping good track of my ARC’s, new Icon Tags to make and discussion ideas through my bullet journal. I am still having a blast with discovering new ways to track things in my life and blogging stuff with it. Eventually I want to track everything from health and fitness, to religion and spirituality and even my genealogy research and family things. Of course many of you know that Fifty Shades Darker came out this month. Now I was wondering how they would fit everything into a two hour long movie because so much does happen in the book. They did alright, but it did feel a bit rushed and I wish they had put more edgy emotion into it, but other than that it was fun and I discovered some nice AMC theatres too (yeah didn’t have those in Utah) so definitely elevates the movie experience. This month hasn’t been too terrible. I have been having chest pains but I think its due to stress and so I definitely am working on a fitness and yoga regimen to help bring meditation to my workouts once or twice a week and see if that helps.Β I have been working a lot trying to get money saved up so I can visit my sister over the next month or two as she is having a baby soon and yep I am going to be an aunt again so so excited, I already have some cutsie cowboy outfits picked up for the little tyke. I am in Texas after all hehe Hope you all are doing well and bring on the month of March!!!

Love your dedication to reading everything about the Malory Anderson family! I can only imagine how many books there are in the series. π I hope you’ll have a great month of March.
That is neat you are doing a character guide for Malory Anderson family. One day you will get me to try her series. I hope the yoga is helping with your chest pains from stress. Got to take care of your self so you can be able to go see your new niece/nephew. Congrats auntie. How exciting. Fun you are picking up little cowboy outfits.
February, which Feb? I just binge watched The Mindy Project
I need to see how many books I read in February. I don’t think it was a lot but mostly I’ve been reading and not reviewing so it’s always more than I think lol

My sisters are reading the entire Malory-Anderson series right now and are loving the heck out of it. They’re completely addicted so I should mention your character guide to them. They would think that was fun.
The Hating Game is a great book so I’m glad to see that you loved it and boy am I anxious to read Devil in Spring. I’m hearing such great things about it.
I hope March is good to you, Renee. Have a good one!
I keep hearing such amazing things about Devil in Spring which is amazing given everyone’s very high expectations. I’m glad to hear you are doing well.
Love the Malory-Anderson families! I’m a little behind on them. Maybe I’ll read one.
Wow.. Lots of great books you read in February. I enjoyed and loved Reid and The King. I’m curious about the Hating Game and Devil in Spring. I’m having a reading slump now, non of the books I’ve read really interested me. Thanks for your recommendations!! π
Glad to hear you had a great month. So happy for your sister! π
Your February sounds like it was awesome. I’m happy for you! OMG yes, Devil in Spring made my whole year too. I love that book so much. I actually just picked up an old LK because I can’t get into anything.
And aww congrats on being an aunt again! Babies in cowboy outfits just sounds so cute. I’m going to get King’s Captive because of you! I’ll keep you updated on how it is for me.
Happy reading and have a wonderful March as well! π
Oh oh, yeah, glad you’re working on those heart pains. That doesn’t sound good. But fun that you are looking forward to your chance to see your sister and the baby.
Way to go getting the reviews worked on and your character report. I’m one of those who needs to try Kleypas for the first time.
Have a magnificent March, Renee!
Definitely a busy month. It’s amazing what all you can track. I’ve been doing the same with mine π Scary on the chest pains. I hope yoga helps with reducing your stress load this month!
i really want to read Devil in Spring, so nervous tho, cause I want to like it but I never read her before. Oh wow congrats to your sister! hope you save enough to make it π so exciting. You seemed to have a good month. Hope the stress passes <3
Ugh I’m still trying to convert my reviews to UBB ones and it seems to be taking forever haha. Oh my gosh! Devil in Spring!! It was amazing wasn’t it! My heart was a so full! And I’m so happy you loved the Hating Game too! Hope you get to visit your sister soon and have a wonderful March. Happy reading!
If the chest pains continue please go to the doctor. If you don’t already have health insurance, there are programs that adjust how much you pay according to your income. CONGRATS on being an aunt soon π
Oh I hope your chest pains go away soon. How awesome are nice theaters?? Totally makes a difference. Yay for being an Aunt soon!! The Hating Game was so awesome. Have a great March!!
Wow-not only did you read a lot of books, you read a lot of GREAT books! Congrats on being an Aunt again. Thats exciting. I occasionally have chest pains from my anxiety disorder. If your changes don’t result in the pain going away, go see the doc. They might prescribe something to help you calm down. Hope you have an amazing March!
Yay for Kleypas! I haven’t read the new book yet but it is on my must read list. You got a lot accomplished during the month. Congrats on being a new aunt soon π
