So Today I wanted to share something special with all of you today, So today I want to share the second part of the 4 part series of sharing all of my top favorites, but even narrowing this down to the top 100 is going to be tough haha Now these books that I am going to share with you are going to be part of various time era’s and settings. They won’t just reside in the Regency/Victorian (although there will be plenty of those). My goal with this is to share the “gold mine” of historical romance.

Time Era: Medieval/England

The Bride Bed was such a sweeping sexy romance with a medieval setting and shows a story of true strength and sacrifice. There is plenty of character growth and has a arranged marriage trope.

Time Era: American West/Wagon Train

This is a story that will captivate you immediately, I was so drawn into this story, it has a touch of mystery we see a great reunion of brothers and the romance has such a unique take that you rarely see in romance and the way that the author delivers is so fun, male romance author for the win.

Time Era: Victorian/England

This is such a beautiful book and I loved every single moment. This is the type of book that you won’t be able to put down, displays some complex relationship patterns, intense chemistry and a swoon worthy hero that will fight for the heroine in such a vitalizing way.

Time Era: Victorian/England

I adored the aesthetic of this book, the way that are two characters meet together and the way in which they come together. This is where we see a character that is at first glance unredeemable become redeemed with a perfectly flawed heroine you can cheer on. This is such an intense feeling romance that will endear you immediately.

Time Era: Stewart Era/Scotland

This is a story that has a plot packed with adventure with a hero that is a single dad, whose son has disappeared and searching for his boy. There is so much mystery and political intrigue, it has an intense feeling of keeping you on the edge.

Time Era: Nautical

Pam Godwin crafted such a beautiful story, and in this one we see a dark pirate romance that has some serious themes. This is NOT going to be for everyone, but its so authentic and real and delivers on deeply layered emotion.

Time Era:Victorian/England

This book was simply beautiful and so unique!!! It delivered in is way that I never expected. This is a fantasy historical romance. Its set in a regency era, with a marriage of convenience where the hero is a fae. Seeing their relationship grow is so captivated and this book is PURE ENCHANTMENT!

Time Era:Regency/England

This book was simply superb in every way! I adored everything about this one. It has a mix of secret identity with a governess character type. There is quite a bit of mystery, complex character growth and charm on every page.

Time Era: Victorian/England

This is a pure gold romance, its a story that has such a intense mix of mystery and sensuality. The characters that we have in Beth and Ian are so captivating. The way that they come together is just beautiful, and you will see such a unique dynamic come into play between these two.

Time Era: Victorian/England

This is one of those books that you won’t ever want to end. The heroine has no fear in this story, there is a gradual steady built up chemistry that brings in such a unforgettable climax, and the pacing is guaranteed to keep you on the edge of your seat. Its so perfectly portrayed in the level of emotion and slight plot building that just matches up so well with the tone of the story.

Time Era:Regency/England

This book is pure smexy fun!!! There is such challenging witty dialogue, highly entertaining bantering, a page turner of a read, and such a deep connection that is conveyed. This book kept me up all night reading, and hands down her BEST book and for a debut romance, it totally won me in the way that I became so invested in both of the characters in such an intense way.

Time Era:Victorian/England

Scandalous Desires is basically what the title says!! LOL Like I mean bring on a bad boy river pirate, with plenty of twists and turns in the plot and with such a unconventional ending that surprised me. Elizabeth Hoyt wrote magic with this book!!

Time Era: Victorian/England

This is my favorite book from this author, and although she has so many great ones, this one just won my heart. It had so much feeling and depth to the story that I didn’t expect. We also get a hero that is inexperienced and I just love seeing that.

Time Era: Victorian/England

If royal romance is your jam, then this is a must read book for you and had such a refreshing vibe to it. The author completely drew me in so quickly, the plot was full of intrigue, with so many unexpected twists at the end and the vibe of the story is so “fresh and full of life”.

Time Era: American West/Civil War/Reconstruction

This book y’all, if you are western fans, then this author and this series is a MUST READ! This book is also a bit harder to find than the others, but it such a ole’ favorite. It also has a enemies to lovers, and so much fun angst. These two just have it for each other and its delicious.

Time Era: Victorian Era/England

This BOOK I just couldn’t get enough read, Anna Campbell is such a underrated author, but she has such a great mix of banter and depth to her story while delivering on the heart. In this one, its a sex bargain type of book and ooh its intense haha but so delightful.

Time Era: Stewart Era/Scotland

This is a true medieval romance that is not LIGHT or fluffy, its truly more authentic on the history and its tough to read at times. It has such a endearing journey of growth and seeing the way that these characters come together in such a hard time of living.

Time Era: Victorian Era/England and Scotland

If you are a road trip adventure type of reader, then this book is must read. I was so caught up in the story, and the espionage and complexity of the Scottish Lore, as well as the gradual growth of sensual intimacy that is built in this story. It is one of the most delectable enemies to lovers I have read in the genre.

Time: Medieval/Middle East

This is a conqueror romance, this is going to be more difficult for some to read. As this is a captive/captor romance. The hero is dark and brooding, the heroine is a kind healer. But I love the way that Brynn is able to reach Gage in a strong emotional way when he has such a tough hardened exterior.

Time: Victorian Era/England

This is a story that honestly won my heart so quickly. I was so drawn into the seductive game that these two play with each other. We see a redemption romance mixed with a age gap. Sir Ross is one of my top heroes by this author, he is simply perfect in every way!

Time Era: Victorian/England

This is a vampire historical romance, with lots of plot machinations and great intrigue and mystery mixed in so well. The characters are so unique and their match is unexpected, but the hero is so protective of the heroine and is completely devoted to her.

Time Era: Medieval/Scotland

This book has a hint of magic to it, there is such an intense magnetism between these two, it also has such a feel of tender and poignant to the romance and great adventure themes in the plot.

Time Era: Medieval Era/Scotland

I adore this book and the whole theme that this author implemented into the series. This has a robin hood feel to the story. Plenty of espionage, mystery, and a couple working together to stave off war.

Time Era: Victorian Era/England

This was one of the most emotional books I have ever read here, I absolutely adored how the heroine fights for the hero. Its not super common in romance, and I love how she was so fierce in her passion and love for Rafe. I adored how we see such a change in Rafe, in that Evelyn brings such light to his life.

Time Era: Victorian Era/England

This is one of those books, that was so sweet and endearing. It had such a cozy feel to the vibe of the actual romance itself. It also has some tough circumstances that this couple has to face together. Love the way that this romance is built and I was cheering these two on all the way in wanting them to reach their HEA.
