Tea and Biscuits Book Discussion: Spring Books To Look Forward To

by | Feb 20, 2017 | Tea and Biscuits Discussions | 15 comments

I am so thrilled for some upcoming books and spring is almost upon us and some fabulous reads that are coming out. These are books I can hardly wait to get by greedy hands on….yes I am greedy when it comes to these books. Now I really had to narrow down this list because there are SO many that I want to read that are coming out but didn’t want the list to be forever long. So keep in mind these are my top top choices.

Ride Rough by Laura Kaye

Laura Kaye is a fantastic author, and I have really liked how she wrote the first book so I am eager to see how she writes this one. She writes MC romance in this series, and its different from the others I have read and I like that.

Shadow Reaper by Christine Feehan

The first book was AMAZING, and Feehan is a auto buy author for me so I am pretty excited to see what she does with this book.  I love this family she introduces to us, how they support and back each other up

Forbidden Promises by Katee Robert

These O’Mallleys are so great to read, this family though puts me in a whirlwind though. This author just makes you fall in love with mafia romances and does it so well.

It Happened On Love Street by Lia Riley

I can’t wait for this one to come out…Lia Riley is just wonderful to read, and she creates the best characters. Definitely a win if your in the mood for a sweet romance that Riley excels at writing.

Blame It On The Duke by Lenora Bell

I just recently discovered this author and she is so wonderful. She writes Regency romance so well and I can’t wait for this one, plus I can’t resist a cover like this one.

Marry In Haste by Anne Gracie

Anne Gracie is a personal favorite of mine, and I love her writing style. Her character are deep and vividly written so I can’t wait to try out this new series.

The Heart of a Texas Cowboy by Linda Broday

.

Linda Broday has recently become a new favorite, I love her historical westerns that she writes. And her writing is so engaging and quick paced and I love how easily I can get into her work. And I can never resist a sexy cowboy

Silver Silence by Nalini Singh

Nalini Singh is so fabulous, and she is a auto buy author for me. I love and adore this series so much and love that she is adding a new twist to the psy changeling series.

Highland Hellion by Mary Wine

Mary Wine can write highlander romance in the way it was meant to be written….I love her books and her writing and the way she makes her characters come alive. Books one and two were wonderful, so I am excited to see what she does with this one.

The Next Flame by Penelope Douglas

Penelope Douglas writes the best angsty romances I have ever read….they also get me going and I love how she just pulls you in. And this series has been rockin’ awesome.

Red Wolf by Jennifer Ashley

Oh man I am adoring the way Ashley has written this series and can’t believe we have another addition to the series already. She just pops these books out so quickly sometimes.

I will have to look into my library then. I could kick my self I had the 3 books in The Highlander series and gave them to my mom. I think she read them and trading them. I did a huge clean out of my Paper books to make a bedroom for my grandson. I am crazy and since he is over a lot I wanted him to have his own bedroom at our house too. What series is your favorite or I should start with? Love her covers and Highland Spitfire is amazing with the vibrant colors.

I’ve been trying to collect Feehan’s Dark Carpathian novels because I wanted to read something of hers. I didn’t know she has a new series out! I might just try that one instead of the long ass Dark Carpathian! Lol.

oh you go girl on braving the Dark Carpathians (I love them, but I was lucky enough to get caught in the series when it was just a handful of books) but this series just started, first book came out last year so if you want to Shadow Rider I would highly recommend it.

I am excited to read Forbidden Promises! It’s been so long since An Indecent Proposal, and omg Jude sounds gruff and swoony. 😉 I actually just got Highland Hellion and I am soooooo excited to read it! Though I think it’ll be a while before that happens. The rest of these are a little unfamiliar, so I’ll be looking out for your reviews in the future, when you read them. 😉
