As tall and striking as the Valkyries of legend, Dr. Rain Jordan is proud of her Norse ancestors despite their warlike ways. But she can’t believe her eyes when a blow to her head transports her to a nightmarish battlefield of yore—and there standing before her is the barbarian of her dreams.
A wild-eyed berserker, Selik can slay a dozen Saxons with a single swing of his deadly sword—yet he can’t control a saucy wench from the future. In his eyes, Rain is a prisoner and he’d dearly love to avail himself of her medical skills—not to mention her considerable knowledge of the male anatomy. But the infuriating woman has ideas of her own. If Selik isn’t careful, the stunning siren might very well capture his savage heart and make a warrior of love out of . . . The Outlaw Viking
Why Outlaw Viking?
This is such a sensual and romantic cover, love the historical elements and I just adore those vikings, with her purple dress and the beadwrok, and the armband on our hero–is that sexy or what? I read this book years ago, and it was amazing. Definitely need to re read it one of these days.
Classic covers are my favorite type of design. This is one is new to me as I haven’t seen it before but I fell in love with the hums of colors. I am definitely adding this book to my TBR list. Great choice!
I love the dress. Maybe one day I will be able to add this to the scary TBR pile.
Those arms of his though . . . Yum. 😀
Hope you have a lovely Sunday!
Nice cover, that dress is a beautifull colour indeed. I also like the pose and that intense look they share.
Oh yes, the cover is gorgeous. Everything blends in perfectly!
A Viking tableau like this one is definitely worthy of a Lusting for Covers post. Good pick, Renee!
Yes I absolutely agree with you the gorgeous purple dress with the beads looks totally sexy on the woman and it is also very eye catching.
