A Very Jaguar Christmas by Terry Spear—Paranormal Romance—Goodreads|Amazon
There are all kinds of surprises under the mistletoe!
As a protector of all jaguar-kind, Guardian agent Demetria MacFarlane isn’t surprised to get a call near Christmas—but when she’s sent to protect a cub whose species she didn’t even know existed, her holiday season gets complicated. And it doesn’t help that her partner is a distraction of the hottest kind.
Hotshot JAG agent Everett Anderson can handle dangerous poachers and wildlife traffickers, no problem…but kids? Everett fears he’ll be stuck cub-sitting under the Christmas tree, but working with one sexy Guardian she-cat may be the best present he’s ever gotten.
Okay, I just noticed that Deadly Silence switched covers from the ARC copy I had. There is a tough looking guy instead of that wispy historical or fantasy romance looking lady from before. Much better fit for the story.
I want to read the new Asa Marie Bradley and the new Lynn Kurland. Big week for releases. I think I’ve already read ten that come out on the fourth and there are still a few on the pile. 🙂
Lots of goodies this week! I have the Lynn Kurland on my TBR and another that I’m looking forward to that comes out today is Deborah Blake’s Dangerously Charming. The Terry Spear should be good, too…her Christmas stories are usually fun. 🙂
That fantasy romance book sounds great. I’ve never even heard about this series, but I’m going to most definitely check it out.
I’ve tried a few Rebecca Zannetti books, but unfortunately they don’t work for me. That’s a great cover though!
oh sorry to hear that Zanetti hasn’t worked for you, I do love her work. I do love fantasy romance though, its just not done enough to satisfy me.
hah I totally have a love hate relationship with these posts, cause welll … makes me wanna get more books, right
hehe Lily…so true!!! So many books but my budget can’t fit them all.
This week was a good one 🙂
It was right? This fall we have some fabulous releases.
I have The White Spell! I will definitely be reading it at some point in the near future. Fantasy is totally my thing! I wish it were fantasy romance, but meh, I think there is a small romance in there. 😀
Happy reading!
Alyssa @ The Eater of Books!
oh yes I agree Alyssa…nothing better than fantasy romance right??? I haven’t read Kurland’s fantasy’s yet, but she usually puts in some romantic element even if its not the primary focus. Any romance is better than none in my book right?!!! Have a great week and thanks for stopping by.
I’m intrigued by the Viking series. The Lynn Kurland book also looks interesting.
