Renee, I don’t read Paranormal Romances (with the exception of J.R. Ward’s BDB series) but I love Jennifer Ashley’s Mackenzies and McBrides series. Obviously, I will be getting The Beast and I already have a ARC of Good Dukes Wear Black.

I’m on the fence about The Beast and Good Dukes Wear Black. I wasn’t very impressed with the Lords of Anarchy book I read last year. But, I may give Good Dukes a library try. And I want to get back into the BDB books…I just can’t get motivated to do so plus I heard not good things about The Shadows.

I did not care for Good Dukes Wear Black. I’m not sure if I will be reading any further material from Manda Collins as I have been reading her books for awhile now with little interest in the plots. However Jennifer Ashley is a wonderful author! I love her material. I’m so glad that you do these posts because I get so wrapped up in what I am reviewing and my schedule from companies that I do not always get to see what is out!

Ah that reminds me, I need to get back to that Manda Collins series. I liked the first one in the series, but it didn’t blow me away. I did enjoy her other series though, so I really should give this series another try.
