Why A Pirate’s Wife For Me?
This was such a fun book to read, and like typical Christina Dodd I fell in love with the story pretty quickly. This is a second chance romance, we see flashbacks to get the sense of the previous sense of their relationship and then to see them reconnect again and yeah its not a easy road for them. They are working together to bring down a common enemy, and they have some issues to work out and it was quite an adventure seeing the way this story unravels. And the supporting cast of characters are such fun too, Taran’s crew are hilarious and loved their bantering. A solid pirate themed romance.
It’s been forever since I read a good Pirate romance, I really need to give Dodd a try. I love HR and haven;t read her, shameful? I think it is
Oh you so need to give Dodd a try. She is simply wonderful, and she has written some of my favorite HR, so I highly recommend you trying her out sometime.
This one sounds different! I have to look into it. Although I hate that cover!!!
haha yeah its not my favorite at all, her more classic romance HR are tons better!!! She does have a shifter family series that I think you might like if you are ever curious.
The heroine sounds really sassy and I do love pirates! Glad you enjoyed this!
oh yes they go at it like cats and dogs sometimes but its so fun.
It has been a long time since I read a Christina Dodd book. I like the sound of this one.
Glad to see you enjoyed this one .This is an author I’ve not tried yet. I haven’t read a pirate romance forever, but I used to read them all the time. I remember loving My Beloved Pirate by Casey Alexander when I was younger, and reading it over and over again. 🙂
I have definitely heard of Christina Dodd! I feel like one of her Avon series just got repackaged a few years ago… I’ve not read any of her books. I want to read a pirate romance! Can you think of any more recent ones that you’ve read (if any)? 😀
Have a lovely weekend, Renee. =)

This is totally different that what I’m used to read but I’m curious. I’ve never read pirate romance (hero) before. 😀
Btw, when I open this web from safari, not from the link on twitter, I still cant see this post. The latest post on this blog is your book review Reid by Kristen Ashley.
I have only read her PNR series. This sounds good.
