DRIVING WHISKEY WILD is a USA Today Bestseller
Special Forces veteran and Dark Knights Motorcycle Club member Bullet Whiskey lives to protect his family, their bar, and the residents of his small hometown. He’s rough, unapologetic, and haunted by a secret, painful past. He’s also a master at keeping people away, and when his sister hires gorgeous and sweet Finlay Wilson to help expand their biker bar, he knows just how to get rid of her.
After losing her boyfriend and her father, Finlay moves back to her hometown to be closer to the little family she has left. She needs her temporary job at Whiskey Bro’s to get her catering business off the ground, and she’s determined not to let the gruff, arrogant mountain of a man Bullet Whiskey scare her off.
Finlay is everything Bullet has never wanted. She’s afraid of his dog, afraid of motorcycles, and sweet enough to give him cavities, but as she weaves her way into the hearts of everyone around him, he’s powerless to resist her charms. Passion ignites, but trust doesn’t come easily, and when their pasts collide, Bullet finds out the true meaning of protecting those he loves.

Driving Whiskey Wild is the third book in the Whiskey family series and this was a fun one. Even though it did take a while to really get invested in the story, I had a fun time with this pairing and seeing Bullet get his story and what a ride it turned out to be. The more and more I read Melissa Foster, the more I am becoming hooked on her work. And even though this wasn’t the biggest page turner in the genre, I still had a fun time with it.

Don’t go after your sweetheart with your brawn, baby. Go after her with your heart. That’s the biggest and best thing that sets you apart from every other tough guy out there.

Driving Whiskey Wild is when Bullet caves to his sister that the bar needs a rehaul so they hire a new resident of the area, an expert and owner of her own catering business….Finlay Wilson. Bullet is tough, ex military and an alpha badass biker who doesn’t talk much but has a infinite love for his puppy. But when Finlay arrives, gentle and kind with some hidden fire beneath her boots, Bullet falls hard for her. She is an angel and he doesn’t deserve her. But when Bullet makes his move, Finlay is ready to take on this big brawn of a man that has so much toughness but as much vulnerability and wants to dig into those deep layers of Bullet. The more layers that are revealed, the more Bullet and Finlay fight for each other.

Go out with me, lollipop. You don’t have to be a biker girl. Just be my girl.

There are so many depths to Wild Whiskey Wild and I love seeing these hidden depths to characters and we get the reasoning on why Bullet is such a silent soul. There were some serious moments balanced with some laugh out loud moments. Finlay knows NOTHING of biker clubs and so she has to learn the hard way about the culture at times and boy it was hilarious at times especially upon her learning what “church” is …..probably one of the best scenes. Finlay might be ignorant at times of club culture, but she is a fast learner and takes it all in stride. She sticks with Bullet through it all even seeing how overwhelming it is for her seeing as its such a different life than she ever realized. I love that she does accept Bullet for who he is and loves him fiercely.

Surviving and living, being happy, are two totally different things.

Wild Whiskey Wild is a passionate love story that shows the beauty of opposites attract and how an angel and a biker can find their way to their HEA in such a sweet pivotal way……
