You can't escape the past . . .
Noni is desperate. Her infant niece has been kidnapped, and the only person who can save her is a private detective with too many secrets to count--and more enemies than he can name. A man who walked away from Noni without any warning a year ago, a man who broke her heart. But with Talia's life on the line, Noni needs his help now more than ever--and this time, she won't take no for an answer . . .
The moment Denver Jones sees Noni, the memories come rushing back. The fire in her eyes. The determination in her voice. The danger of having her in his life. Denver had to push her away once, but now with vicious criminals threatening Noni and her niece, he'll do whatever it takes to protect them. But enemies from his past are circling, and they'll use anything--and anyone--to get to Denver.
With twists and turns that will blow you away, TWISTED TRUTHS is sexy, action-packed suspense at its very best from New York Times bestselling author Rebecca Zanetti.

This review may contain spoilers, so fair warning, upon reading the review.

Twisted Truths is the third and finale of the Blood Brothers trilogy. This book packed such a punch and I had such a blast with this book and really this whole trilogy. I will say that this book was a little bit different than the previous two and I have to say that I had high expectations to this book especially since this pairing is definitely built up in the previous books. And even though I enjoyed it quite a bit, I still had some reservations.

Twisted Truths begins with our heroine Noni. Noni once fell in love with a mysterious dark man, one who hurt her in just leaving and disappeared from her life. But now a dear friend of hers has been killed and her baby girl has been kidnapped by a gang and she is determined to find this child at all costs and raise her as her own. But she has a dangerous gang and she needs help and is out searching for the man who can help her more than anyone else can….Denver Jones. Denver has been haunted by the love he feels for Noni and even though he and his brothers are on the run ….she is the woman he loves and is in danger and he will do everything he can to protect her and find this innocent child. But Denver and his brothers have their hands full and will do anything he can to protect those he loves

Twisted Truths is the finale of the trilogy and I just fell in love with these brothers and their connected to the boys in the Sin series. This author has me thrilled again for romantic suspense and this trilogy really had me on the edge all the way through. I will say that I really wished that the brothers had been more together in this book. They were separated for the first half of the story and I do wish they had been in more closer contact like the first two books. I did enjoy seeing Noni and Denver reconnect but it wasn’t what I pictured it would be, I was expected something more than what was portrayed in the story. It was a wonderful story but did not meet my full expectations to be honest.

More than a year ago she’d given her heart to him, and she’d never gotten it back. He now held it even stronger than before.

The plot was just as intense as I knew it would be especially with it being the finale and I honestly didn’t know how this would end….I was almost tempted to read the ending to make sure it ended in a HEA (Trust me I used to do that) but Zanetti surely knows how to write good suspense and keep you on the edge of your seat and what thrills she really puts you through. I really loved seeing all our favorite boys come together here in this story, loved seeing the unity and brotherhood that is between them even Sheriff Malloy (his character cracked me up) I am crossing my fingers that this author will write the story of the younger boys we discovered in the first book of the trilogy. Now onto the next suspense series by this author “Deep Ops”

Overall I found Twisted Truths to be a story of chills, edgy thrills and a reconnecting of love and passion!!

About Rebecca Zanetti

his theme of romance has been carried through Rebecca’s works until present time. While today’s heroine may have a medical degree, black belt in Karate and her own 401K, she’s still after that happy ending. And today’s prince may have fangs and wear a black hat, but hey, a modern princess likes a guy who bites.

Rebecca attended Pepperdine University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a Political Science emphasis. While there she worked as the Editor-in-Chief of The Graphic newspaper, a member of the Pi Phi Sorority and an intern for President Reagan, who still gave 3-5 speeches a week, even though he was no longer president.

After college, Rebecca worked as an art curator and a Senate aide before heading to law school, where she received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho. She married Tony Zanetti in the middle of her second year of law school and became pregnant with their first child during the third year. She graduated law school, gave birth three weeks later, and took the Bar Exam three weeks after that. All she remembers about the bar exam is that it was so quiet in the testing room, she thought about taking a quick nap. But she continued on, passed the bar and became a lawyer. She worked for a large firm, then a small firm, then the county while also teaching legal classes at her local community college. Now she writes romances about vampires, cowboys, and soldiers.

Growing up amid the glorious backdrops and winter wonderlands of the Pacific Northwest has given Rebecca fantastic scenery and adventures to weave into her stories. She resides there with her husband, children and extended family who inspire her every day. Rebecca has completed several manuscripts, winning award throughout the writing industry for her work. She is currently writes the Dark Protector series for Kensington Publishing, the Maverick Montana series for Entangled Publishing, and the Sin Brothers series for Grand Central Publishing.
