Happenings of Week 8 of 2021
This week was quite an interesting week. Well, we had valentines day which I didn’t do much with. I mostly cooked myself a home-cooked meal, had some chocolate-covered strawberries and indulged in watching Pride and Prejudice (2005) which is my favorite version and then read a romance (of course) but then I swear valentines is like every day for me since I read romance all the time haha This was a much slower reading week, I was just so tired all week and didn’t have motivation to read or blog or anything. My body is readjusting to these hours at work. I am not used to staying up later in the evening. I am pleased that we are having a long weekend off with it being a holiday weekend though.

Seriously, I was happy this was a long weekend. I am tired. Hope you get the R&R you need. I just Exposed the other day. Rye was great, and Brenna kept driving me up the wall. It was a good one.
Pride and Prejudice with chocolate covered strawberries?! Sounds great to me!
Lucky you getting a long weekend! I have to go to work tomorrow and am not happy about it. We have never celebrated Valentine’s but it sounds like you had a great way of celebrating! I hope that you have a great week!
Yes, romance lovers get a year full of Valentine’s Days. I went and saw the Death on the Nile movies (sort of anti-Valentine’s actually) and then ate out. I’ve been reading Anne Bishop all week in a binge. But, I just renewed my library card after not getting to that for a month so I’m ready for a stack of library books. Enjoy your new haul and have a good week, Renee.
Even though today is a holiday, we don’t have it off because we have a week off (winter break) next week. So I’m good with that. I had a nice weekend – even went out with friends in Boston, which was a lot of fun. I hope you are well.
I am very tired these days too hence my absent blog hopping most of the time!
