Happenings of Week 25 of 2022
This past week was a mess and I am so sorry about it. So last Sunday night, my server went completely down and even when I went on my hosting platform, almost everything was gone. So apparently my hosting decided to upgrade my plan and do a migration and not tell me it was happening. So when my billing processed it wouldn’t go through because the migration and upgrade needed to happen first and I am not sure the exact time frame of how long it was down, but I do know I wasn’t on here for four days as they were working on updates and getting everything migrated but I at least got a free month out of it at least. And then later this week I have been busy just trying to get all my reviews caught up. So its been a nightmare this week, if you are self hosted than you know what a pain it can be working with hosting companies at times. But its Father’s Day today, so I hope you all are able to enjoy the holiday with your loved ones. I will be spending the day going to the new Jurassic movie and doing a nice dinner with the pappa so it should be a fun day. And despite the blog issues I still read quite a few books despite dealing with all of that with 10 books read so that’s a really good solid week for me.

My current audio is the Alexandria House novel, this is my first from this author but I have heard so many good things about this one and the heroine is a single mother and a famous rapper so I am really excited for it. I finally grabbed up the third Magdalene novel by KA, so I am so excited to see if it’s as good as the previous two books. I will be picking up Apollo next, I have been wanting to explore this series more, I had a fun time with the first book. Then I will be picking up the Sinner series, I have heard it’s a great mafia series. So I am going to pick it up and see if it’s worth the hype

Sorry about the hosting struggles. I have been lucky with Lyrical (I guess, knock on wood). I hope you and your family have a nice day and enjoy the film.
Sorry about your hosting problems. I hope you enjoy the movie! I haven’t watched any of the newer Jurassic movies, so I’m planning to catch up.
Ugh sorry about the host issues! Self hosting is kind of exhausting sometimes! I really need to switch-I like using Nose Graze, but its so pricy! I’m psyched about Until May as well!
Glad the blog issue is fixed. I don’t know what I’d do. I’m not very blog/tech savvy.
We are going to the new Jurassic World movie today, as well. Looking forward to it, especially since our weather is so chilly and gray today.
Oh that would be super stressful. Not fun. Hope you have a nice father’s Day with your dad today though, and Jurassic PArk sounds fun. I want to see the new movie so bad!
Yay that all the blogging trouble is sorted for you. What a pain! Enjoy your movie with pappa. 🙂 Nice stack of books you read and another good stack for this week.
Have a good week, Renee!
Sorry that you had those blogging issues. Hopefully everything is fixed now and you have a great week!
UGH! I’m sorry that happened to you. It’s so frustrating when stuff like that happens. I moved to Lyrical last year after all sorts of fun for years and it has been the smoothest year blog wise for me.
I can’t wait for Until May!
I completely feel your pain Renee! I had so many problems with my former host OVH that I decided to move to Siteground. I hope your problems are solved now! Hugs
Sorry to hear about the site issues! What a pain. Glad it got straightened out. Hope you enjoy dinner with your dad – and the movie!
