Tea and Biscuits Book Discussions: Books Needed To Be Read for 2020 (Romanceopoly)

So this year I have completely failed at the Romance-oply Reading Challenge and I had such high hopes for 2020 when I started it in January. But then I could NEVER had predicted COVID, or the Riots, or the craziness of the Election that went down either. But I believe I have managed to read close to half of what I originally had planned on. Its just the anxiety of everything that has happened this year has just put me in the worst slump both reading and blogging all year almost. Some days are better than others but its been exhausting with everything going on. So today I want to share some of the books I want to try to read before the end of the year of 2020 to get as close to completing my challenge as I can (my mood reading permitting and ARC’s that need to be picked up)

This is a book I have heard is superb in so many ways and an actual romance when it wasn’t really portrayed to be that way when it was first released since its promoted as an historical fiction, but a reliable source (she knows who she is :)) told me its a book I would love and is for those that love historical romance. So I am looking forward to it.

I can never resist a KA romance and even though the heroine description has put me off all year, after reading the first chapter, I just know I will be hooked on this one. And KA always writes the best heroes.

I know what y’all are gonna say and this book has been sitting on my shelf since it was first published. I don’t know why I keep putting it off. But I need to read this one and have been in the mood for this one lately, so I think its the perfect time to grab it up and soon.

This is a book I have been putting off for years, ever since this beloved author passed away. But I have been yearning for a romance that is more old school style.

I have no clue if by the end of December I will have been in the mood for this one but I do want to read it I just have to be really ready for it. But I just hear such great things about this series and would love to put some more UF on my belt.

This author writes the best historical mysteries I have ever read!! So I definitely have been itching to return to her.
