So today I wanted to share my top favorites of my reads for the summer so this is months June all the way through August. Now some of these books are books some of you may not be aware of that I have read since I recently came back from hiatus. So excited though to be able to share my top favorite reads.

I simply adored this book and it was everything I expected and MORE. It was one of those releases of 2021 that met my expectations and worth the long wait for this one. So much depth and beauty to it. Its the epitome of the magic of the author’s talent.

This was my first reading into this new series by Dixon and I am adoring these dragons. They are such bad boys haha but man love seeing them so fierce and protective and all alpha. I can’t wait to delve into the rest of the series.

This was such a sweet, friendship packed, romance that fed my heart in so many real ways. I simply adored this one and seeing the last gift this author gave us before she passed this earth.

This is a trilogy involving this couple and I absolutely adored it. But also its dark, and crazy, and it definitely won’t be for everyone, even those that like darker elements in romance. So pay attention to the warnings on this book. But its so delightful, crazy fun.

Ruthless Creatures blew my mind away, I couldn’t get enough of this one. It was simply perfect in every way. Check the trigger warnings though just in case. But I couldn’t recommend this enough.

Hideaway is such a great book, and so deep in its complexities of the plot. But boy is it dark and edgy. It really isn’t going to be one that everyone will like or enjoy. But if you like this author and the style of her writing, then you definitely will get a kick out of this one here.

This is the perfect summer feelin’ read, I have really enjoyed this series so far, but I just couldn’t get enough of this one here. The bantering between these two was so fun and fit my mood perfectly

I couldn’t seem to get enough of this book, I simply loved it and I couldn’t put it down. Both of the main characters were perfection and make my top list of characters this author has ever written. And I adored the family connections that are built here.

this BOOK y’all is so delicious and is the perfect retelling of Hades and Persephone. I had so much fun with this one and is one of the best books this author has ever written in my opinion. I can’t recommend it enough.

I five starred this book, it was perfect for me. I love seeing BDSM romance tellings just like this and Maya Banks really wrote a story that worked so well for me.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this book but I never should have doubted the magic of Singh because this book was pure perfection! It was so amazing of a read and this pairing was so balanced and I adored seeing the heroine and hero both equally be so fierce in their protection of each other.

I have NOT read enough of this author and I am not sure why this book took me so long to read, but ladies and gents….READ this book. I think she will surprise you with how much you will enjoy it. Its medieval era set in Scotland dealing with a fighting gladiator guild. Its so fascinating and so many adventures and twists and turns and the romance is beautiful and sweet.

So tell me …..do you have any top pick reads of the summer? Which ones would you recommend I read that you loved? Let me know in the comments below.
