This past week has been so crazy like the week before, I swear 2020 just can’t give us a break can it? I just hope we can come together and be unified in being more supportive, loving and accepting of everyone and embracing self-empowerment for all of us and seeing the individual over the color of skin. One thing I have learned this past week is embrace yourself and love yourself. Never be ashamed of your race, faith, sexual orientation or gender. We as human beings are beautiful creatures and should embrace the best parts of ourselves. The reading has suffered a bit, mostly just exhaustion to be honest. Short on staff this week so had to work double-time and having to wear a mask 10-12 hours a day is really taking a toll on me just on a physical level. I am hoping this week will be a bit better though 🙂 But Happy News I am getting back to the Weight Watchers program. I am very excited to start meal planning and prep and just getting back on track health wise.
