  1. Sophia Rose

It was a wonderful year of books. Tough choices here as several of these are great books.

    • Lover Of Romance

Oh yes I know, but you can vote for multiple books!!! But I hate Goodread’s winners, I am never okay with those. I like the more underrated books but are still mainstream. So many goodies came out this year though. Hope you are enjoying the Holiday’s so far.

  2. Vellum Voyages

Ooh what a great list of books you have!!!

    • Lover Of Romance

oh thank you darling!!! It was really hard narrowing down this list since I am almost at 300 books read. hehe

  3. Geybie's Book Blog

I’m planning to devour The Ruthless series next week when the last book is released. I have a feeling I’m gonna enjoy it. I voted for The Goal, The Hero, and The Bittersweet by Sarina Bowen. Yay, awesome lists, hon. 2017 has been great for me too. Glad that you enjoy this year, my friend. Here is for a great year in 2018. I can’t wait.
Yay, your blog’s new layout is AWESOME. Wow, I’m speechless. I came several times this week and your blog was in maintenance. I was worried. Glad that it’s back. 😁❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Have a wonderful week and happy reading, my friend.

    • Lover Of Romance

Oh yes…I know you will like the Ruthless series, its definitely your type for sure. I should have waited, since books one and two have cliffhangers, but I guess I am a sucker for punishement hehe And yes I love your votes!!! All three are fantastic. Hope your year of reading in 2018 is fantastic.

And thank you. I knew I would be changing the theme and I didn’t know how long it would take, so that is why I put up the maintenance screen. I am glad I did because it took almost three days but so worth it. I was hoping others would love this theme. Its just way more adaptable to my needs and wants for this site.

Hope you have a wonderful weekend and doing some fun Holiday cheer with your hubby!! 🙂

  4. Kimberly Caffeinated Reviewer

You pitted Ilona against Ilona..totally not fair..LOL I will tell you both Dare and Shupe made me top ten Romance list.

    • Lover Of Romance

haha Yeah that’s me….Hard choice I know. But those are the only UF I read this year and I loved them both so much. 🙂

  5. Carole's Random Life

I voted for both Ilona Andrews books in the UF category. I love them both and can’t pick just one. You read some amazing books this year, Renee!

    • Lover Of Romance

oh yay!!! And yes I definitely had a successful reading year in romance.

  6. Anna@herding cats&burning soup

Some I loved on that list 🙂 And a few others I still neeeeeed to get to. lol The TBR pile is just too big!

    • Lover Of Romance

Oh yes!!! I agree TBR piles get pretty large don’t they??!!

  7. Mallory M

This was so difficult! It was a toss-up for me between Nuts and Hating Game in contemporary romance – had to vote for them both!

    • Lover Of Romance

Good for you…it can be pretty difficult having to choose just one, probably why my list is so large. Since I read quite a few books this year.

  8. Jenea Whittington

There are so many up there I haven’t read but want to do badly… My wish list grows every time I visit you. ☺

    • Lover Of Romance

haha oh goody!!! You definitely should read these you haven’t read. These are all my top picks for the year.

  9. Corina

Love so many!! But I would give Ilona Andrews all of my votes if I could. 😀

  10. A Novel Glimpse

The Goal and Bittersweet are my most favorite on this list!

  11. Michele H

Some tough choices to make. 😉 So many good books!
