Elite Books I Wish I Had Made Time For in 2021

Welcome to the first post of the Elite Romance series of 2021.  This post is where I am going to list my TOP reads of the year, which wasn’t easy to narrow down. I have had a decent reading year and I am thrilled to be able to share all the delicious reads that I have here.

In this post, I share the books that I had wanted to originally get to at the beginning of 2021, but there just isn’t enough time in the year to get to everything that I want to get to. But I do plan on making time for these in 2022.

This is an author I have been meaning to try so much and just haven’t gotten around to but I just adore her covers and would love to pick this one up here.

Sierra Simone is an author I want to read more of. I love that she stretched the boundaries and always has. Been hearing so many good things about this one.

This book raved about this past year and I have had it on my bookshelf since it was published so it’s definitely on my list here.

Alyssa Cole writes the best contemporaries and I wasn’t able to get around to this one and I feel bad about it. So I definitely can’t wait to explore this one.

I just have adored this author so much there. And I have fallen behind on this series so even though I had planned on reading this one I just never got around to it.

I have been hearing the best things about this author. And I will admit these covers are drop-dead gorgeous. I just never ended up in the right mood for this plot. But plan on it for 2022

I have been wanting to read this author so much here and I have heard that this is one of the best books of hers. And while I never got around to it, I still plan on it in the near future.

I have really fallen behind on this author and I just have such a weakness for the mail-order bride trope. So definitely eager to read this one here.

This is an author I have been meaning to read much more of, I just love the way that she crafts her small town reads, and unfortunately I wasn’t able to get to this one here.

I haven’t been able to read too much of this author but I have been meaning to get back to her work but just keep forgetting to. I definitely want to get to this one specifically soon though.

I am always hearing the best things about this author but most specifially this book and even though I had it on my TBR for the year, I just never got around to it, I am hopefull for this year.

I am not sure if any of you have heard of this one but it’s been super popular on bookstagram and booktube. It’s basically a caveman time travel romance from the hero’s perspective but I just never was in the right mood for this one.

Always too many books and too little time! Fury Unleashed and Transcendence are both on my TBR, too!

I read two of these – Fall and Getting Schooled. I actually both series. Hope you get to all of these at some point.

It’s so funny but as soon as I saw that you had Fury Unleashed on this list, I didn’t even care about the other books. Sorry other books, but N.J. Walters created an incredible series and I cannot wait for Renee to read it (and love it I hope). I freaking loved that series so much that I bought all the books in paperback!! I hope you love these books in 2022 as much as you thought you would in 2021. xoxo
