The tri-mate bond is a myth
That's what Tracy Warden has believed all her life. Werewolves have one true mate, someone their wolf bonds to physically, mentally, emotionally. She didn't expect to find her mate so soon, but Nick, second to the Pacific pack's Alpha, is undeniably hers. The scent of him, the irrefutable way their bodies call to each other—it's the beginning of a new life for them both.
Until Tracy meets Gabe, and everything she thought she knew is turned upside down.
None of them expected this. It shouldn't be possible. But the bond they share can't be denied—and before long, they don't want to deny it. The triad makes them whole, and two alpha wolves in her bed—in her life—make Tracy wonder how she ever lived without the tri-bond.
But there's tension in Pacific, tension that goes much deeper than mere pack politics. Gabe, Nick and Tracy will do anything to protect each other, and their new bond is about to be put to the test…

Wolves Triad is book two in the Cascadia Wolves series. The story continues with Tracy’s story. She is the sister to the Alpha and his brother. In this story we have a twist to the story. Our heroine discovers while on a mission with a mediator that she has a mate. Brother and Enforcer to the Alpha of the other wolf pack that they are in mediation with. Tracy falls for Nick pretty quickly and their bond cements fast. But she is in need of a anchor, and the mediator who has yet to find his own mate volunteers himself. Gabe is drawn to Tracy, but he doesn’t understand the connection. Its not until a intense altercation with Nicks family, that Tracy’s grandmother sees what is going on with the three wolves. A mating that is very rare….a tri mating bond. There are many things that I liked and didn’t like about this story. Now the menage portion of the story I didn’t really have a issue with. There were times that I didn’t understand Nick or his lack of defense of her against certain members of his pack. I also like the mystery and intrigue that plays a role in this story. We see a villain start to take some serious control over certain packs. Lauren Dane definitely brings together a story of complex pack politics, sensuality and a stirring love story.

The Cascadia Wolves will do anything to protect their own. Tegan Warden knows that better than anyone. The Pack closed ranks around her years ago when her mate died, and much as she appreciates their support, it's time to move on. That means dating—and for Tegan, it also means finding someone who understands her needs in the bedroom.
Finding Ben.
The dominant human may not be a wolf, but he makes Tegan shiver from their first encounter. He knows what she needs and doesn't hesitate to give it to her. What's more, they share a bond beyond sex. It's been years since any man has made her feel so alive, so beautiful and desired.
But there's an enemy working against the Cascadia Wolves, an enemy gathering forces to strike. The looming war is a threat to wolves and humans alike, and if they can't stop it, the love that Tegan and Ben have worked so hard to find may not be enough to protect them from what's coming.
In Wolf Unbound, the series continues with another of the siblings, Tegan. Tegan is a pack enforcer but she is also grieving over the loss of her mate for four years now. She is now ready to start to begin anew and start living a life again. She begins to explore at a club, a BDSM club. She explored the lifestyle with her past mate and needs it. But she was shocked that the man she felt a connection with that special evening, is her mate. But our hero Ben, is human and is intrigued by Tegan. But when he makes a mistake that hurts her, he will have to grovel and get back in her good graces, a woman who is stubborn and passionate. What a story Wolf Unbound was. I am not always a fan of BDSM, but this was lighter and I liked that it just stayed in the bedroom. The characters still had a wonderful story that felt realistic. They went on dates and it felt so normal at times. And an added plus was the sense of danger and suspense that plays out in this story. Quite an action packed romance that surprised me. I am really enjoying seeing the development of the plot here with our villain and I can’t wait to see what happens next.
She’s one of those authors that I can’t get into but they always sound so good that I find myself wanting them anyway. 🙂
