Blogging Updates and Personal NewsΒ

So November was an insane and crazy month for me. I decided to move back to Utah temporarily when my job fell through and really didn’t care to live in my car and since my apartment lease was up I decided to come back home for a bit. So my plan is to work, have some fun and save money and I am seriously thinking about moving up to Canada as soon as I get my car paid off, which would be awesome because I have a ton of family there that I am really close to but hardly get to see anymore. But I am going to miss Texas but I am planning on some fun things in 2018 and maybe even a trip to the UK. *crossing fingers* on that plan because I have been wanting to explore more of England and Scotland and Ireland for quite a while. But another plus to being back home is the library—I surely have missed the Provo Utah Library which has the BEST romance selection I have seen in a public library. I have a new niece, Liberty, and she is just adorable. (Left, Liberty in Basket, Right: My nephew Phoenix with his sister Liberty–and he loves being the “big brother”. Also I have been hooked on figure skating the past month or so. I have been watching the Grand Prix and so fun, although my favorites are the pairs free skate and free dance. What those couples do on the ice is CRAZY and so fun to watch and I do love watching those married couple dance together on the ice. πŸ™‚ I am a romantic, what can I say ??!!

As for the blog, well I have changed the design (abit) to a Christmas theme and would love to know what you think. I just adore this time of year, both Thanksgiving and Christmas are such a family focus holiday for my family so I just loving being able to spend so much time with my family and so many fun activities during the holiday’s so that is always a plus right? I am also changing up my individual pages on my Happy Ever After Book Database a bit so they look more polished. I hope to be finished with those by the end of December. I did get some fabulous books read though and my top pick of the month would have to be Rivalry by Nikki Sloane…that book is so dang good I can’t express my love for it especially if you are a football junkie or grew up around rivalries, you will get a kick out of it. So if you haven’t read it….go depart and read!!Β  NOW!! hehe Honestly….this book for some dang reason caused some a big book hangover (probably because I love rivalries and I adore football) and I have been doing quite a bit of re-reading the past week and am slowly recovering. So many books I want to get to ARGGH!!

Bummer about the job in Texas, but looks like you came home at a good time for the holidays and to enjoy a go at a fabulous library. Neat prospects with your trip planning or maybe spending time living with your Canadian relations for a while.

I thought your Rivalry book sounded pretty good in the review. And way to go toward all your reading challenges.

    Have a great December, Renee.

Thanks Zeee. She is so funny, and already has spunk but is such a quiet and good baby. Yeah the snowfall here just blends in well with the theme I have going, so I was lucky to find it. I do adore Christmas.

Oh yes my library is fantastic. They organize it by genre of fiction, so they have four long double rows of romance, sci fi/fantasy, mysery and general fiction and YA. And its a newer library, so they received tons of donations from the area. And yeah I will admit I had so much fun designing the christmas theme.

And having gorgeous niece and nephews makes me hope I will have pretty babies πŸ™‚
