Questions For My Readers:

What Books Are You Anticipating For The Second Half of the Year?

  • Oh I am so excited for several of these! All closed off, So I married a sorcerer, and Ride Wild are top of my list for sure!! I have heard good things about the CE Wilson book, but I have never read anything by that author.

    • Yes many of these are good right? If you like fantasy romance, than Wilson is a must read for you. She is amazing, and is probably one of my all time favorite authors to read.

  • I grabbed The Sea King because of you 😀

    • oh really???!!! YAY—you will love it so much, especially if you liked book one.

  • I have several of these that I can’t wait to get to as well. The Sea King, So I Married a Sorcerer, and The Last Outlaw all look so good!

    • Those three are all great….I just read The Sea King and Last Outlaw and they were superb. Currently reading So I Married A Sorcerer, and that is great so far.

  • Michele H

Yep. Just, yep to them all basically. LOL! I’m also looking forward to Archangel’s Viper by Nalini Singh, Sugar Pine Trail by RaeAnne Thayne, Dangerously Divine by Deborah Blake, and Can’t Hardly Breathe by Gena Showalter.

    • Ooh….those are some great ones as well. I love that we have the same tastes in books, its great.

  • I am right there with you for All Closed Off and The Scot Beds His Wife! I love the Kerrigan Byrne series so so much.

I am hoping to fit the first book in that C.L. Wilson book in soon. 🙂

    • oh I agree…isn’t Kerrigan Byrne so very wonderful. I just can never get enough of her books.

And you REALLY need to pick up Wilson, she is fantastic especially if you like fantasy romance.

  • I’m definitely excited for All Closed Off!!!

    • oh yes….I am thinking we should do a re read of the series before it comes out??!!

  • Carol Cork

Renee, The Scot Beds His Wife is on my list too together with The Duchess Deal (August 22nd) by Tessa Dare, Gentlemen Prefer Heiresses (August 22nd) by Lorraine Heath, Duke of Desire (Oct.10th) by Elizabeth Hoyt (I have an ARC of this), Someone To Wed (Nov. 11th) by Mary Balogh and A Duke in Shining Armor (Nov. 28th) by Loretta Chase,

    • Those are great ones as well. I did get an ARC of Duchess Deal, but I have struggled with Dare lately so I am unsure how excited I am. Lorraine Heath is a favorite for me, but I have fallen behind on a couple of her last two books and need to get to those first. I just started reading Mary Balogh and haven’t gotten to her newest series. Hope you enjoy all of those, I just didn’t want my list to be too long, this list is my top top picks, books I would buy before even checking out the blurb. hehe

      • Carol Cork

These are my top auto-buy authors as well. I’m up to date with Lorraine Heath’s books apart from her latest, An Affair with a Notorious Heiress which has mixed reviews. I’m doing something I don’t normally do, trying two series at the same time – Mary Balogh’s The Survivor’s’ Club and her new Westcott series.

  • Always excited for more Bittner! She’s fantastic. Hope you enjoy all of them as they release!
