A Secret In Her KissSHE WOULD GLADLY RELINQUISH HER LIFE OF INTRIGUE…

A rare beauty, raised in the exotic heart of the mysterious East, Mari Sinclair knows it’s time to end her career as a British spy when she narrowly avoids a brush with death. Unfortunately, there are those who think otherwise — and they are not above using blackmail to keep Mari in the game.

Saddled with a handsome, duty-obsessed “minder” to ensure that she completes — and survives — one last mission, Mari is incensed . . . for her guardian, Major Bennett Prestwood, is simply too dedicated, too unbending, and too disarmingly attractive. But in the face of dark secrets and deadly treacheries, as the true peril to Mari is slowly revealed, loyal soldier Bennett realizes that to save and win this extraordinary woman, he will have to do the unthinkable and break the rules — rules that passion and desire have suddenly, irrevocably changed.

Why A Secret In Her Kiss?

This is one of my favorite covers from this author. I love the russian style of the heroine’s attire. I love the almost dancing pose….graceful and romantic.

  • It’s funny that you had to tell me it’s Russian. I should have picked up that she was in the “east” but my first thought looking at the picture was Middle East because she is, errrrr, topless. Russian is a wee bit cold to run around without a shirt on…. but I’m still slightly distracted by the hot guy 😉 Niiiiiiiice!!!!

    • It’s middle east, the story takes place in Turkey.

  • I want to reread this book. This was an amazing story when this book came out. Does Anna Randol still write. I haven’t seen anything new since the last book. Anyway, great cover.

    • I love her work too!!! She hasn’t written anything that I know of since her release a year ago. But maybe she has something in the works….I hope so. I love how exotic her settings are in her books.

  • Oh what a yummy cover! I love these types of historical romances!

  • That cover is definitely yummy, Renee! And you’re right that they look very graceful and kind of like they’re dancing – even in their state of partial undress 😉

  • What a lovely cover. I’m pretty sure I’ve read this one. I may still have it on my bookshelf somewhere because that cover is very, very familiar….

Hope you’ve had a great Sunday!

    • I know I love it. Her books are fantastic though, it’s sad that she hasn’t written over the past couple of years though. Hope you are enjoying the end of your weekend.

  • Katiria Rodriguez

  • This is a great cover. It’s done so well that I can’t tell if it is a photo or a drawing. They really did a great job with this cover and the story sounds really good.

  • Love her hair piece! I need to try heroneday.
